Larger file limits do not extend the supported video duration or guarantee processing of every format.

Before you start
What is a source minute?
One source minute is 60 seconds of your original video. Processing uses minutes based on the actual source duration, not rounded up to a full minute for each video. Standard subtitles and translation each use one balance minute per source minute. A translation includes one selected target language.
Is PAYG a subscription?
No. PAYG is a one-time purchase at the published rate per source minute, with a minimum purchase of the published minimum minutes. The minimum applies to your purchase, not each video. While your subscription is active, extra minutes keep its batch limits, file allowances, rendering performance and AI Context Fix coverage. Topping up does not reset your monthly allowance for expanded contextual checks.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay the full yearly amount in one payment. The monthly equivalent helps you compare prices; it is not a monthly charge. Creator adds its allowance source minutes each month and Creator Pro adds its allowance each month. The annual volume is not added all at once.
How does AI Context Fix differ?
Selective AI Context Fix checks the most critical translation risks. Creator Pro adds expanded coverage of other passages with supported risks, so context is checked more often and useful improvements can be suggested. Your text stays unchanged until you choose a suggestion. Extra checks have a monthly usage limit; selective checks remain available when it is reached.
What does processing include?
Your source minutes cover processing, the review editor, subtitle styling and the first successful MP4. Compare transcripts, refine your translation and check the final text and style before exporting.
Does downloading again use more minutes?
No. Downloading a ready file again does not use processing minutes. The file must still be within its storage period.
Can I upload the same video or export it again?
Uploading the video again starts new processing and uses source minutes again. The current workspace does not offer another render of an already exported asset. Check your text, timing and style before exporting.
