R3frame Subtitler

Privacy Policy

1. Scope and contact

This notice describes how R3frame Subtitler handles information when you use its subtitle workspace. R3frame is the brand and Subtitler is the product. The Support page explains available help options and remains accessible without signing in.

2. Information and purposes

We process account email, optional display name, sign-in and security records; uploaded audio and video; transcripts, translations, timing and speaker information; edits, notes, styles and outputs; support messages; and usage, transaction and legal acceptance records.

Account and requested processing data are used to provide the service and perform our agreement. Security, fault investigation and proportionate service records support our legitimate interests in protecting and operating the service, subject to applicable law and your rights. Financial and legal records are retained where required by law. A genuinely optional use requiring consent needs a separate choice; accepting Terms is not blanket consent. If you upload information about other people, you must have the authority and lawful basis for doing so.

Support uses your messages and supplied contact details to respond. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details or unnecessary personal information.

3. Service providers and international processing

We use providers of cloud hosting and storage, automated media and text processing, and service-message delivery. They receive the account information, audio, video, subtitle text or related editing context needed for their service. Processing includes speech recognition, translation, contextual suggestions and creating exports. Context Fix may process the video and its audio as well as text.

If you choose third-party sign-in, the sign-in service provides identity information to create or access your account. For Paddle purchases, Paddle processes payment and buyer information as reseller and payment provider. We receive transaction, customer and subscription references, amounts, currency, status and adjustment information needed to provide the purchased service and maintain its records. We retain the purchased offer and the exact Terms, Privacy and Refund Policy shown for the order. Card entry takes place in Paddle's payment interface.

Processing may take place outside your country. Service providers may retain information under their applicable arrangements. The workspace media deadline does not guarantee deletion of every third-party or backup copy.

4. Optional quality examples

Customer quality-example collection is currently unavailable. Saving edits, applying suggestions, approving a video or rendering does not authorize this separate purpose. Any future optional collection will require a separate notice and choice.

5. Service and financial records

We keep records needed to operate and secure the service, investigate faults and explain usage. These may include operation identifiers, times, status and errors, and relevant portions of submitted media-related text, editing context and generated results. These records are separate from optional quality examples.

Usage reservations, settled usage, credit movements and payment records support balance calculations, dispute handling and accounting obligations. Releasing reserved minutes is not a monetary refund.

6. Retention and deletion

Source media and associated outputs use the workspace media deadline shown in the product, currently 72 hours. Successfully adding files renews the deadline for still-live workspace media. Viewing, editing, retrying and rendering do not themselves renew it; expired objects are not revived.

Scheduled cleanup removes eligible media and temporary processing files. Access can expire before physical deletion is completed, including when removal must be retried. Temporary processing files normally become eligible for cleanup after six hours, with active work protected.

Records used to investigate processing and export faults may contain submitted and generated text and are eligible for cleanup after 30 days. Editor texts and choices, support conversations, usage and security records, financial entries, legal acceptance history and backups have separate retention periods and are not all deleted after 72 hours.

Some records remain necessary for service continuity, legal or accounting obligations or resolving disputes. You may request information about retained data and deletion through Support. We assess applicable exceptions and explain the outcome. Backup and previously exported copies require separate handling.

7. Browser storage and access

The service uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, support access and product preferences. Third-party sign-in and future payment interfaces may use their own storage. Authorized operators may need relevant workspace or diagnostic information to investigate a support issue or maintain the service.

8. Your requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where the applicable law provides those rights. Consent can be withdrawn for processing based on consent without making earlier lawful processing unlawful. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the relevant European supervisory authority where applicable.

Use the available contact on Support. New public requests are currently closed during this test; a working contact must be provided before paid launch. We may verify your authority and will explain the scope, retained records and lawful exceptions. Signing out, closing a support conversation and disabling optional collection are not account deletion. Data supplied for the service may be necessary to provide it; without it some functions cannot operate.

9. Versions

Effective notices carry a version and effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required. Previously recorded Terms acceptance remains linked to the exact Terms and Privacy editions shown at that time.
