R3frame Subtitler

Terms of Use

1. The service

R3frame Subtitler helps you upload media, generate and edit subtitles and translations, review suggestions and export available results. These Terms describe use of the product under the R3frame brand. Support is the product contact route.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through Support. Third-party sign-in does not by itself establish acceptance of a new Terms edition.

3. Your materials and permitted use

You retain your rights in uploaded material and edits. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it and instruct the service to process it, including where other people appear or speak. Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls or interfere with its operation.

You authorize processing, temporary storage and transfer to the service providers needed to carry out your requests, including recognition, translation, contextual analysis and rendering. Whole-video Context Fix processes video with audio. This permission does not authorize public advertising use of your content or unrestricted future model training. Optional quality examples have a separate purpose and control described in Privacy.

4. Review automated results

Recognition, translation, speaker labels, timing and suggestions can be wrong. Review results before publishing or relying on them. Applying a suggestion, marking Ready or completing a render is not independent evidence of correctness. Results are not certified translations or professional advice. These limitations do not waive remedies for a defective service.

5. Offers and source minutes

The launch catalogue contains PAYG, Creator and Creator Pro. PAYG is a one-time purchase at USD 2.60 per source minute, with a five-minute purchase minimum. Creator includes 35 source minutes each month at USD 79 monthly or USD 756 billed yearly. Creator Pro includes 80 source minutes each month at USD 169 monthly or USD 1,620 billed yearly. Yearly plans add the allowance monthly, not as a single annual allocation. Final prices, currency and taxes must be shown before payment. Purchases remain closed while this edition is a candidate.

One source minute means 60 seconds of original media. Standard subtitles and translation each use one balance minute per source minute, based on actual duration rather than rounding each video up to a whole minute. Translation includes one selected target language. Processing includes editing, styling and the first successful MP4 export. Downloading an available result again does not use processing minutes. Uploading the same video again starts new processing. Another render of an already exported asset is not currently offered.

Batch, file-size and available-minute limits apply as shown in Pricing and the workspace. Adding PAYG minutes while subscribed retains the active plan's benefits. More Context Fix coverage does not promise a correction for every subtitle. Review results before export.

Reservations temporarily set minutes aside; settlement records completed usage, and release returns unused reservations to the available balance. Usable completed work in a partly failed batch can remain charged. A release is not a cash refund. Existing credited minutes and subscription rights retain their original conditions. For new purchases under this edition, PAYG minutes do not expire. Monthly allocations carry over between periods and remain after cancellation. Cancelling renewal stops the next charge; it does not shorten the paid period or stop its scheduled monthly allocations. Subscription benefits end at the end of that paid period. Minute validity and media retention are separate: retaining minutes does not extend access to stored media.

6. Sales through Paddle

For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment-related buyer enquiries and monetary refunds; the R3frame Subtitler operator provides the subtitle service and product support. The Paddle Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to the transaction. This candidate does not open checkout.

A purchase must identify the offer, total charge, currency, taxes, included minutes and any renewal period before payment. Subscription cancellation and renewal conditions must be available before the order. Terms acceptance does not itself waive withdrawal rights; any legally required request for immediate service and acknowledgement must be separate and recorded.

7. Problems and refunds

For a product fault or incorrect usage, contact Support with the project reference, date and a short explanation. Do not send payment-card details or authentication secrets. We will investigate applicable correction and consumer remedies. For future Paddle purchases, refund requests can also be made through the support link on the Paddle receipt or Paddle Buyer Support, under the policy applicable to that purchase.

Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Releasing minutes is separate from refunding money. No extra unconditional refund guarantee is created by this draft. Subscription renewal can be managed through Paddle account links supplied with the purchase; product questions can be raised through Support.

8. Storage and deletion

Download needed media and outputs before the displayed workspace media deadline, currently 72 hours. Successfully adding files renews still-live media; viewing, editing, retrying and rendering do not themselves renew it. Expired objects are not revived.

Editor texts, diagnostics, optional examples, financial records, legal history and backups have separate lifecycles. See Privacy. Request deletion or account closure through Support. We verify authority and explain retained records and limitations; signing out or switching Off examples is not complete deletion.

9. Access and remedies

We may restrict access for a material breach, security threat or legal requirement. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow a response through Support. You may stop using the service and request closure. Mandatory remedies, complaint rights and rights to contact a competent authority or court are preserved.

10. Versioned Terms

An effective edition identifies its version and effective date. When acceptance is required, it must be explicit and linked to that edition. We do not attribute acceptance retrospectively. Declining a new edition can prevent starting new work while permitted saving, access to ready downloads and Support remain available.

Acceptance of Terms does not enable optional quality-example collection or grant unlimited permission for future model training.
